CHICAGO (WLS) — A day care worker was arrested by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents in front of young children on the North Side Wednesday morning, witnesses said.
Several witnesses said this happened inside the Rayito de Sol in the 2500-block of West Addison Street in Roscoe Village.
